The crisp air, golden light, and overflowing produce stands can only mean one thing: Asian pear season has arrived, and we’re celebrating the best way we know how — with the return of our Strawberry Korean Pear pop this Saturday, October 25th at the Kakaʻako Farmers Market.
If you’ve ever bitten into a perfectly ripe Korean pear, you know there’s nothing quite like it. The fruit’s delicate crunch, floral sweetness, and juicy nectar make it one of fall’s most elegant ingredients — and one we look forward to working with every year.
Our Strawberry Korean Pear pop captures the beauty of the season in its purest form. We start with freshly juiced Korean pear, then blend it with our housemade organic strawberry syrup. The result? A bright, refreshing, dairy-free flavor that tastes like Hawai‘i’s version of autumn — light, crisp, and just the right touch of sweet.
Asian pears — sometimes called nashi or apple pears — are in peak season right now, their natural crunch and fragrant sweetness making them the perfect pairing for local strawberries. While some might slice them into salads or grate them into marinades, we prefer to showcase their clean, juicy flavor frozen into something you can enjoy on the go.
