The Blackberry Yuzu Lemonade Pop was created to capture that first truly warm stretch of the season — the kind of day when an ice-cold lemonade just feels inevitable.
We cook down organic Oregon blackberries with cane sugar until they collapse into a deep, concentrated syrup. It’s intensely ruby, almost wine-dark, with a natural tartness that gives the flavor structure and edge.
That syrup is blended with freshly squeezed local lemons — bright, clean, and sharp enough to keep everything in balance. And then comes yuzu. Not loud, not "perfumey" — just enough of its aromatic citrus complexity to add lift and dimension.
